KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 3 — The new Guidance Note on Provision of Investment Advice issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) recently would better clarify what may constitute indulging in regulated activity of investment advice, said Minority Shareholders Watch Group (MSWG).
